At NutriGrowth, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your pet supplement products, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below for details on how to return your product.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
- Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased as part of a final sale or clearance.
- Items not purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers.
- Products that have been opened or used.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at sales@nutrigrowth.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Shipping the Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package. Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@nutrigrowth.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
